David Ravitz

A native of Los Angeles and UCLA graduate, David Ravitz has been working side by side with David Offer for over 27 years. Since getting his real estate license in 1997, David Ravitz has actively participated in nearly 1,050 real estate transactions with David. Relying on this extensive knowledge and experience, he is well-qualified to help clients understand the nuances of purchase agreements, disclosures, escrow instructions and amendments, the inspection contingency process, city-mandated retrofitting, etc. David's other responsibilities include writing offers and counter offers; and being on point with the escrow and title officers. In a nutshell, David Ravitz is a vital part of the David Offer Team.

David is a former professional and UCLA baseball player, an improving paddle tennis player and a proud father of two.

Rim Bayaa

Rim Bayaa graduated with degrees in Law, Economics, and Foreign Languages from the University of Nantes, France. She spent two years in Japan obtaining a Master's degree in Interpretation. She has been working in Real Estate ever since she moved to Los Angeles in 2010. Rim is responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly. She processes the transactions from start to finish in the most efficient way possible. Never one to shy away from a hefty workload, Rim multitasks with both speed and accuracy, and can solve any hiccups that may arise.

When she's not at work, Rim loves to discover new restaurants and watch movies.

Chelsea Steinkamp

Chelsea manages client communication, conducts showings, cultivates relationships with new and existing Buyers, oversees the office’s complex calendar and helps with the escrow process from start to finish.

 Originally from Dana Point, California, Chelsea previously earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. Currently residing in Venice, Chelsea enjoys traveling to new places, soaking in the outdoors and exploring LA’s growing food scene.
